Resumé

Having always wanted to turn my dream of becoming a professional Make-Up Artist into reality, I decided to research the most highly recognised and prestigious Make-Up Artistry Schools in London - where I would gain the best professional training and recognised qualifications.

I choose Greasepaint School of Fashion, Television and Stage Make-Up in London. The tutors had extensive experience, highly recognised and all worked actively within the industry, some of whom I work with today!!

In addition to studying Fashion and Photographic Make-Up and Advanced Fashion and Photographic Make-up, I also trained in Fashion Hair Sculpture, which I really enjoyed and seemed to have a flair for.

On completion of my training I set up my own business, as a Freelance Make Up Artist and have gained experience working on various fashion shoots including bridal, beauty, and glamour and advertising/launch campaigns for major UK editorials and publishers - Catwalks, London Fashion Week - TV - Video/Promotions.

During this time I moved into Bridal Make-up and Hair Sculpture and joined Face Time. To develop my creative techniques in Hair Up Sculpture and Bridal Hair, I attended the Wella International (Great Britain) Studio in London were I was trained personally by Patrick Cameron.

I use top quality products from Beauty Houses such as Laura Mercier, Chanel, YSL, Clinique, Stila, Dior, Chantecaille, Bobbi Brown, Benefit, MAC etc. I also use some professional products such as Kryolan, Screenface and Charles Fox. Hair products are of the same top quality from Paul Mitchell, Bumble and bumble, Aveda and Frederik Fekkai.

To ensure I keep myself updated on new products, developments and the latest information within the industry, I attend new products launches, course seminars and professional make-up and beauty trade shows.
