Hello, I am Julie, welcome to my page. I am a Makeup Artist and have been working in the fashion industry for 10 years creating and designing looks for runway shows and publications such as Vogue (world wide), British Elle, Glamour and Stella Magazine. I occasionally work with actors and musicians for their press, PR and music promotions respectively.

After graduating in Beauty Therapy I began my career working as a Beauty Therapist in the salon on the 5th floor at Harrods where I specialised in Shiseido and Clarins facials, massage, eye lash tinting and waxing. I continued to work in the field of beauty therapy on cruise liners traveling to such places as the Caribbean and the Far East working with Rene Guinot and Elemis skincare products.

I then decided to pursue my career dream of being a Makeup Artist and started to assist established professionals on runway shows such as Prada; Miu Miu; Givenchy; Loewe; Louis Vuitton and Chloe in London, Paris and Milan eventually going it alone and building up my own client base in the fashion industry.

As a Makeup Artist the ability to be creative enables me to bring sense of fun into my work which I incorporate into weddings and makeup lessons. I enjoy the one to one aspect and sharing my knowledge and experience that I have gained in the area of Beauty Therapy as well as makeup.

Recently I have worked with clients ( who either saw my credit in or who work for the aforementioned magazines) on their look for their wedding.

My fee will include a trial which consists of a morning or afternoon working on your look until you are comfortable and happy, also a hairdresser can be recommended if required. I am willing to travel to areas outside of London or abroad which can be discussed on enquiry.
