Hello! My name is Esme and I am a professional Makeup Artist working in London and Hertfordshire. I qualified with The London Makeup Academy in Fashion Makeup, Hairstyling and Nails and have done various refreshers courses with The London School of Media Makeup, including Airbrushing.

As well as offering bridal makeup, private lessons and makeovers I work a lot in photographic and editorial makeup, shooting for magazines such as The Sunday Times Style Magazine as well as more commercial adverts for Fortnum and Mason, Wagamamma and The Mandarin Oriental Hotel to name a few. I also work for ITN Productions making up news presenters and guests for ITV, Channel 4 News and London Tonight which is great as there are always interesting guests popping in!

Variety is one of the best features of my job, but perhaps one of the most rewarding aspects of being a makeup artist, for me, is bringing out natural beauty. Working with brides and private clients I aim to create your perfect look for the special occasion, empowering you to feel confident as well as looking fabulous. These days we are indulged with various cosmetic brands and it is hard to know where to start! Luckily, it's part of my job to try out the latest products and techniques so you can benefit without having the stresses of trying and buying 5 different foundations! My kit is varied and I like to keep it updated and I use mostly MAC, Chanel, Bobbi Brown and Laura Mercier products.

I also offer simple hair styles and manicures but if you are looking to have more intricates hair styling I will be happy to help arrange another stylist to work with us. Before the big day we would have a trial going through ideas to help create your perfect look, whatever that may be!
